Widener's Music Program is unique in that it is comprised of students who are majoring in fields of study other than music. The goals of the program are performing excellence and artistic integrity. 

The musical environment to support these goals is designed to suit the needs of the students in our program. Many students have made music an important part of their lives through years of hard work and personal commitment. Your musical growth need not end with high school graduation simply because you have elected to major in another career area.
