CEA 2010 will be held at Sheraton Gunter Hotel.  The Sheraton Gunter Hotel is offering CEA conference-goers a special room rate of $139 for singles and doubles until Wednesday, March 3, 2010. Make sure you mention "College English Association". If you have any problems obtaining the special rate contact CEA Executive Director Charles Ernst (cernst@hilbert.edu).

If there are no longer rooms available at the Sheraton Gunter, rooms may be obtained for conference nights at the $139 rate (refer to “College English Association”) at the following two hotels in proximity to the conference hotel.

Registration

The pre-conference registration fee, which includes all panel/plenary sessions and the President's Reception, is $75 (for part-time/retired, $65; for graduate students, $42).  You can register online, or download a registration form and mail it in here. Conference registration gives you entrance to all sessions, including the Thursday plenary session; the Thursday President's Reception; the general CEA business meeting (Friday, March 26); and a Friday evening entertainment at the hotel (until all seats are filled).

Optional events are available for additional fees: the All-Conference Luncheon, the CEA and CEA Affiliate Officers' Breakfast, the Diversity Luncheon, the Women's Connection Reception, the new Graduate Student Breakfast, and a local excursion tour to the San Antonio Missions.
