Accommodations

CEA 2010 will be held at Sheraton Gunter Hotel.  The Sheraton Gunter Hotel is offering CEA conference-goers a special room rate of $139 for singles and doubles until Wednesday, March 3, 2010. Make sure you mention "College English Association". There are still many rooms available; if you have any problems obtaining the special rate contact CEA Executive Director Charles Ernst (cernst@hilbert.edu).

Registration

The pre-conference registration fee, which includes all panel/plenary sessions and the president's reception, is $75 (for part-time/retired, $65; for graduate students, $42).  You can register online, or download a registration form and mail it in here. Conference registration gives you entrance to all sessions, including the Thursday plenary session; the Thursday President's Reception; the general CEA business meeting (Friday, March 26); and a Friday evening entertainment at the hotel (until all seats are filled).

Optional events are available for additional fees: the All-Conference Luncheon, the CEA and CEA Affiliate Officers' Breakfast, the Diversity Luncheon, the Women's Connection Reception, the new Graduate Student Breakfast, and a local excursion tour to the San Antonio Missions. All of these events have limited spots, so please register early.
