EuroSim 2006 was hosted by VSE University of Economics in Prague, Czech Republic, January 5-8, 2006. The topic was EU asylum and immigration policy. Government & Politics major, Chris Boggs '06, played the role of High Representative for Common Foreign and Security Policy Javier Solana; Nursing student Inna Khokhlova '07, took on the role of the Head of Unit for Terrorism, & Human Trafficking in the Directorate General for Justice and Home Affairs.
EuroSim 2005 was held April 7-10 in Fredonia, New York (near Lake Erie). The topic was the European Neighborhood Policy (ENP). Widener students represented France.
EuroSim 2004 took place at Tilburg University in Tilburg, The Netherlands, on January 8-11. We simulated the Intergovernmental Conference (IGC) that commenced in October to discuss the draft of the new EU constitution. Although the EU constitution has been tabled until further notice, the Eurosim students passed a new and workable constitution for the European Union.
