Costs, Registration and Hotel
The Conference registration fee includes the luncheons on March 31 and April 1, one field trip on April 2 and a CD version of the Conference Proceedings. There is an additional fee for extra CD Proceedings or printed Proceedings. There is an additional fee for the pre-Conference tour of Philadelphia on March 30.

Conference Venue
The Conference will be held at the historic Radisson Warwick Hotel, located in Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square district, near fine shops, restaurants, theaters, museums and galleries.
A block of rooms has been reserved for conference participants at the discounted rate of US $149 per night plus 14% tax.
