Costs, Registration and Hotel
The Conference registration fee includes the luncheons on March 12 and 13, one technical field trip on March 14 and a CD version of the Conference Proceedings. There is an additional fee for extra CD Proceedings or printed Proceedings. There is an additional fee for the pre-Conference tour of Philadelphia on March 11.

How to Register or Order Proceedings
The online registration form is at: http://kwiksurveys.com?u=ICSWregister. This form is on the website of an outside business, so there may be advertising there that is not associated with the conference.
Conference Venue
The Conference will be held at the historic Radisson Warwick Hotel, located in Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square district, near fine shops, restaurants, theaters, museums and galleries. A block of rooms has been reserved for conference participants at the discounted rate of US $157 per night plus 15.2% tax.

Enter your Check-In and Check-Out dates and click "Get Rooms & Rates".
